Caden Welles has the world at his disposal. With the resources of his wealthy father, he's living life as large as any 20-year-old could dream. But what happens when that dream becomes a nightmare halfway around the world? Traveling with his friends to Hyderabad, India on a whim, Caden's expectations of a never-ending party crash hard. But not as hard as his conscience when he refuses to help a starving man and his little girl. Haunted by the images of Kiran and Annika, Caden attempts to right his wrong-only to discover Kiran has been forced to sell his own daughter. Caden's eyes are now opened to a world few Americans know still exists: a thriving human-trafficking trade. Add the dehumanization of Kiran and hundreds of millions of other Dalits due to India's caste system, and Caden could easily turn his back. Religious rhetoric
25 November 2014 | by sirfireSee all my reviews

Okay i got duped by IINET movie ratings and the sublime plot. I really do like the story and the plot as i have been to India numerous times. But the religious rhetoric just was too much. I have compassion and concern about slavery and children and I am agnostic and i do not need faith to believe that it can be fixed. Sorry this is the sad point of this story as i see it. You do not need to have faith that things will be better cause it won't but you can show the world just how bad a third world life is .... No child should live in poverty or child prostitution.

I do like how they show just how bad it can be .... but saving one little girl is not going to save the world and by saving that one girl isn't going to make it right with your "God". There are much more serious issues here. How can we let people or children live that way? How do we fix the growing epidemic ? And the real question is that if there is a GOD then why is some people allowed to live in extreme wealth and others without food for days at a time.

If you are a true Christian then all the that WEALTH they showed in this movie should be sold off and you can live in a modest single storey home with a small car and no-name brand clothes and setup a school for the poor and morning and evening meals for the poor. Now thats being a Christian.
