- Vanishing Act After a day's fishing with Robin, Marion gets a ride back to the village with a passing tinker, but on the journey he overpowers her and takes her to be held captive with several other women. Robin tries to track her down, but no-one in the local village will admit to having seen her. Back in the forest, he is eventually forced to ask the help of Clement the Hermit, whom everyone believes is mad. Meanwhile, Little John's sister Ingrid is about to get married to a boring farmer named Bellamy, when she suddenly disappears. Little John and Friar Tuck follow her trail to the same stronghold hidden in the forest that Clement has shown Robin. Their combined might is required to free Marion and the other captives.
- This was a pretty good episode. The first two matches, although mainly purposed just to further establish the victors, were both better than undercard matches on this show usually are, especially the woman's match. Andrews vs. Dar was on its way to being really good until Dar's unfortunate injury caused it to be stopped. The contract signing was done well, including having WALTER speak for the first time. Singles Match Jordan Devlin vs Dan Moloney Singles Match Rhea Ripley vs Xia Brookside Singles Match Mark Andrews vs. Noam Dar - No Contes.Votes9

- A Price On His Soul Baragon is an evil creature, more than 300 years old, who has to keep drinking the blood of the innocent to keep him young and strong. To break out of this cycle, he makes a pact with the dark lord Orone to deliver Robin to him. His assistant captures members of Little John's family, and then Robin himself. Marion has to lead their rescue from the castle.Votes10
- A Race Against Death The Saxon Lord Sedgewick owes a large amount in taxes to Prince John, and if he doesn't pay, his granddaughter, Lady Pamela, will have to marry Sir Gilbert. So she requests Robin's help. Robin enters a contest, The Race Against Death, devised by Prince John, with a huge sum of money as prize, but finds it is rigged against him. Robin ends up needing to be rescued by his men from inside the castle.Votes10
- This is really a show about the opening match and the final segment. Everything in the middle did what it needed to but if you're already familiar with Wildboar and you either don't care or can see where they're going with the Dennis/Mastiff feud, then you really don't need to see either of those matches. I do want to mention however that the addition of Sid Scala as Johnny Saint's assistant is, for me, a raging success. Saint isn't great at cutting these long and winding WWE style promo's and is better utilised as the British legend that the locker room falls in step behind, as such brevity is his friend. Meanwhile, Scala is very good on the mic and seems to be growing into his new role well. They have a very good dynamic. The opener was a banger of a match, that (with a little more time) could be considered great. As it was it's simply really bloody good and while I understand why you'd want to end the show with the Dunne/Coffey contract signing, this really should've been the "main event" over that [***1/2]. Hitchman/Morrell was a solid enhancement match putting over Wildboar [**] and Dennis/Mastiff was more of an angle than a match [**]. The contract signing really got me hyped for TakeOver: Blackpool. Maybe it's because I'll be there in person but since they annouced that event on this show it's felt like NXT:UK has really found its footing and has something to aim for and Coffey (in particular) is rising to the challenge of being Dunne's first real feud on the brand. Dunne, of course, is always excellent and knows exactly who he is. It's a contract signing so, y'know, a table dies - but it's all for a good cause. Good episode.Votes10
- WWE's documentarians are having a busy ol' week. Hot off the heels of dropping an admittedly insipid episode of Chronicle centred around Dean Ambrose, the Network have followed up with a brand spanking episode of the streaming service's flagship feature, 365. The new doc, which landed immediately after Survivor Series, is focused on the entire last year in the life of AJ Styles. The filmmakers couldn't have picked a much better time to trail the Georgian, as he made some sort of slightly made-up history as the 'longest reigning SmackDown champion', sharing dramatic clashes with Brock Lesnar and Finn Bálor along the way. Not to mention a tepid feud with Shinsuke Nakamura - which is very briefly glossed over (along with the fact part of it took place in [NAME REDACTED]). The problem with AJ is that when he's not making troublesome comments, he's a bit, well, dull. But if you film a man for an entire year, he's bound to say something interesting eventually. And he does. We'll spare you the other 40 minutes of insipid fluff by telling you what.Votes16

- The first three matches were just enhancement matches. WALTER is going to be a major force in NXT UK, his presence is just great. The main event was a really good tag team match that I thought the heels should have won, but I guess they wanted to get some momentum back in the favor of Moustache Mountain (***3/4). Singles Match Dave Mastiff vs Jay Melrose (5:01) Singles Match WALTER vs Jack Starz (2:30) Singles Match Jinny vs Kasey Owens (5:11) [Recommended, CAGEMATCH inmates: 6.50] Tag Team Match Moustache Mountain (Trent Seven and Tyler Bate) vs Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel (13:08)Votes11
- The period between 8 April 2018 and 7 April 2019 was a struggle for Alexa Bliss. Battling through career-threatening injuries, crippling self-doubt and the daily worry that her pig Larry-Steve might eat her as she slept (that last one is a lie, obviously) took its toll. WWE followed Alexa on that year-long journey. Bliss was the subject of the Network's latest 365 special, and she proved to be one of the best yet. The humanity within Alexa is there for all to see, and she even managed to bring some out in that old devil Vincent Kennedy McMahon. It's clear from watching this doc's 49-minute run that everyone is better for knowing Bliss. Why is it that wrestling's best heels are often super nice people behind the scenes? Alexa is another example of that, and her story is one worth watching. Think of this as a companion piece if you have watched the film, or an exhaustive run down of all the tales worth hearing if you don't have the time to see it or are sitting on the fence. It's a personal journey, one blinged up by Bliss' banging personality and emotive real-life trials.Votes22
- Opener was a worthless "enhancement" match that saw Ahmed get way too much offence on Banks; yes, he's bigger in stature - but Banks is the pushed star that was a finalist in last years tournament to see who would face the current champion, he shouldn't be selling this much against a debuting talent that is clearly not a big deal [*]. Aichner and Barthel work well together and already have a double-team finisher. This was mostly about establishing them as a team more than anything else. Solid and enjoyable [**3/4]. The women's match was a fun little outing but did little for either lady. Jinny's mean, Candy's not; we knew that going in. Still, enjoyable [**]. The main event was really good. Foot down, right out of the gate until Gallus stopped Seven long enough to work up some heat on him and then the hot tag exploded the venue and Bate went to work being Tyler Bate and b i g s t r o n g b o i ing it up all over the place. Joe Coffey's arrival spoiled things a little given that had he done what he looked like he was intending to do, he'd have cost his stablemates the match, but it opened the door to Dunne's arrival and the furthering of that feud so it is what it is [***1/4]. All in all, an enjoyable show with solid action and forward momentum towards the upcoming TakeOver special.Votes10

- The Assassin Lord Cloughton arranges a summit with three important Normans to conspire with the Saxons against King John. Each member of Robin's band undertakes to fetch one of the participants, protecting them from the men of Count Rood, who wants to prevent the meeting: Robin fetches the suspicious and reluctant Countess DuMonde, Marion fetches the agoraphobic young Count Lucerne, and Friar Tuck fetches Count Brouchard (who turns out to be Barkley), while Little John protects Lord Cloughton. Rood hires a mysterious assassin, who can morph into many different people and creatures, to help prevent the meeting.

- Back in May of this year, there was a brief panic when all of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's Social Media changed over to Bar Wrestling. Many feared the worst, that PWG had folded or been re-branded. But as it turned out, it was because PWG co-founder and former owner Joey Ryan was starting his own promotion, called Bar Wrestling, and still had control of the old accounts. PWG resumed life as normal, and on June 8, Bar Wrestling launched it's first event in Baldwin Park, California.

- After a very successful first show on June 8th featuring an all-star lineup with low ticket prices that lead to a legitimate sellout, Bar Wrestling has announced information for their second show. This past Friday, the promotion posted a video on Twitter featuring local wrestling super-fan Shawn Scoville announcing their second show will take place on the Fourth of July. The show will be titled Bar Wrestling 2: Independents Day, and will take place at the American Legion post 241 in Baldwin Park at 4:00 pm.
