- Dr. Mark Christopher is a famous scientist who believes from his Russian friend's cryptic message that the USSR will initiate a New Year's Day nuclear attack on the United States. Unable to convince his associates to act on this information, Christopher, his son, and a small band of followers, he takes shelter deep inside Carlsbad Caverns Tod and Buz assist Paula Shay, a devious newspaper reporter who wants to interview Dr. Christopher.
- A photo series that the New York-based Nina Berman made of wounded Iraq veterans led to the making of this documentary. She also wrote the book 'Purple Hearts, Back from Iraq', in which soldiers tell their stories. Documentary filmmaker Roel van Broekhoven crossed the United States to visit the people portrayed in Berman's photos. Documentary of the lives of several wounded veterans who have returned from Iraq. They detail the events on the day they were wounded; the reactions of their friends and family when they returned home to various cities and small towns around America. Ironically most of them still maintain a loyalty to the military they once regarded as their career even though it no longer wants them or has any use for them. Many desperately resist what is slowly dawning on them, that they were manipulated into making their sacrifice for something that looks less and less likely to benefit their country.
- A modern version of the old "David and Bathsheba" story in which King David fell in love with a married woman and arranged for her husband to be killed during a battle. Rich cattleman Woody Biggs continues to be rejected by recently widowed Laura Church so he has her framed for embezzlement and sent to prison. Then he pulls some strings and gets her paroled. Buz and Tod try to protect her from Woody who is pressuring her to marry him.
- This package for comedy and the musical numbers has Luke Brown being drugged by the gangster operators of the swank Boathouse Inn; most notably Roxie a sexy pickpocket. Brown has information that Chow Brewster and his cousin have inherited $3,000,000. The owner of the Inn intends to keep Brown under wraps until they can drive Chow to suicide. He will then marry Chow's cousin before she finds out about her inheritance.
- Anne Shirley plays Alice Fisher-the daughter of a small grocer who at the last minute gets to go to little Talbot College. She learns that joining a sorority is an essential thing at the school. Unfortunately her late admission means that none of the sororities know about Alice and initially she is not even rushed. Fortunately her roommates have their own sorority problems and she soon falls in love with the BMOC.
