The patron of a small Swiss private bank is ill and falls into coma. His daughter with no clue about the banking business must take over the management of the bank from one day to the other. It turns out that the bank is built upon corrupt south Africa connections and the daughter tries to turn the bank into a legitimate business.

The moving and at times heartbreaking humorous story of a father and daughters' journey to get to know each other, whilst simultaneously forgetting what bonded them in the first place.

Marija, a young Ukrainian woman, earns a living as a cleaning woman in a hotel in Dortmund, but dreams of having her own hairstyling salon, and puts away some money each month. But when she is fired without notice, her dream is suddenly postponed to an uncertain future. Jobless and under financial pressure, she is forced to look for alternatives but, in order to achieve her goal, she is ready to discard her body, her social relationships and her own feelings.

A couple, both in their late sixties, who travel through Europe in a caravan refurbished as a mobile nursing home room. Director Fanny Bräuning has devoted a deeply intimate film to her parents.
