Stephanie Cristina Cayo Sanguinetti (born 8 April) is a Peruvian actress, singer and songwriter.
Actress Stephanie Cayo born in Lima, Perú on April 08, 1988 captured audiences' hearts at age 9 with her role in Travesuras del Corazón. She later appeared in several TV series, particularly gaining international exposure playing the lead female character in the internationally-broadcast Besos Robados. Still very young she moved to NYC by herself to study acting and dancing in schools such as The Actors Studio, The New York film Academy and The Broadway Dance Center. She calls this time in her life as "one of the most important stages in my life, discovering myself and art"
At the age of 18 she moved to Colombia following a successful career as an actress with Tv series such as El Secretario and The Hypochondriac which launched her career gaining many recognitions for her work and important awards such as the India Catalina for Best Female Actress in a Tv show for her work in El Secretario, In 2012.
She pursued dancing as well as musical theater from early years. In 2012, while finishing shooting El Secretario, she landed the lead role of Roxie Hart in the famous musical Chicago in Colombia with more than 1,500 spectators a night per three months straight.

Lead Roles: 'El Secretario' and 'The Hypochondriac'
In 2011, Cayo landed the lead role in the Colombian sitcom "El Secretario", portraying a strong and smart CEO of a toilet paper corporation, The boss of The Secretary.
Cayo captured audiences hearts and launched her career in Colombia and other countries in South America. The following year she received the India Catalina award for best female actress in a TV series. Then in 2012, she starred as Macarena, a young, crazy and sensitive hypochondriac. A patient who got mistakenly diagnosed her with a terminal illness and says she has six months to live. Laced with humor, the series follows the life of our protagonist through the mistaken diagnosis and the subsequent revelation that she is fine. Ultimately, she resolves to fake her own death... and then has to deal with life."
The Adaptation of the show will be executive produced by Emmy-winning Modern Family star Julie Bowen for Fox in the USA.

Club de Cuervos, a Mexican dramedy - Netflix's first Spanish-language original series- chronicles the inner workings of a wealthy family that owns a beloved but struggling soccer team.
She released her first single in English called "Let Me Go", a collaboration with Sebastian Llosa and produced by Renzo Bravvo and Raúl Chirinos. Recorded at Interscope Studios In Los Angeles, California. The song is available worldwide in different platforms such as Itunes, Spotify, Youtube from April 15th 2016.

Checco Varese, ASC recently wrapped It: Chapter Two for director Andy Muschietti, the sequel to last year's box office hit. He also shot the first season of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, Amazon's new take on Tom Clancy's beloved fictional CIA agent, with John Krasinski starring in the titular role.
Previously, he shot the pilot for Fox's upcoming legal drama Proven Innocent and director Jeffrey Nachmanoff's sci-fi thriller, Replicas, with Keanu Reeves and Thomas Middleditch starring, in theaters January 11, 2019. Working with his longtime collaborator director Patricia Riggen, Varese lensed Miracles From Heaven, as well as Riggen's The 33, based on the extraordinary real-life story of 33 miners trapped in a Chilean mine. His other feature credits include Riggen's Girl in Progress, and second unit on Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim.
Thanks to his prolific body of work, Varese has established a reputation as the unofficial 'pilot guy.' He has lensed nearly two dozen season starters which, more often than not, go on to be picked up to series: FX's The Strain; A&E's The Returned; ABC Family's The Fosters; Melrose Place for the CW; and The Defenders for CBS. And who can forget the True Blood pilot? This iconic series went on for seven seasons.
In the mid-90s, Varese established himself as a leading director of photography, shooting hundreds of music videos, including Dave Matthew's Band's "Crash" and Prince's "Black Sweat," for which he was nominated for Best Cinematography at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.

Jaime Zevallos was born in Lima, Peru and was raised in Queens and Great Neck, NY.
Jaime's artistic side was evident from an early age, and he spent his teenage years as an infamous street artist. He started his acting career in New York while studying acting at HB Studio and film at C.W. Post Long Island University, and he got his first 'break' in Spike Lee's "Summer of Sam."
While on vacation in Los Angeles, Jaime auditioned for Michael Eisner, and ended up booking a Series Regular role on the show, "Sam Has 7 Friends." Needless to say, Jaime's vacation turned into an official relocation, as he continued to book roles in films and various television shows, including "House M.D.", "Leverage", "Southland", "Sons of Anarchy", "American Horror Story", "The Bridge", and "Animal Kingdom." "Law and Order SVU" and "Blue Bloods".
Jaime also wrote, directed, and starred in "Me You and Five Bucks" which had a limited theatrical run and won numerous film festival awards.

Jason Day-Del Solar can next be seen starring in the Movistar+/ Telemundo/ Peacock limited series El Inmortal. He has starred in the Telemundo/ Netflix limited series Jugar con Fuego (Playing With Fire), as well as starring in RCN/ Vista Spanish Language series Revenge, based on the hit ABC American series, and in FOX Latin America's 2091.
He is known to American audiences for his starring role opposite Elsa Pataky in the independent film Mancora, directed by Ricardo de Montreuil. The film was nominated for a Grand Jury Prize at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. Day also starred opposite Lee Pace, Justin Kirk, Jennifer Tilly and Thomas Sadoski in the independent film 30 Beats. Isabel Allende is one of today's most important voices of Southern America literature. She was born in Lima, Peru, in 1942, but at the age of 3 she moved to Chile with her mother and two brothers. She spent her childhood there, at her maternal grandparents'home, but she also traveled a lot and lived in different countries, because of the diplomatic career of her step-father. As an adult, she returned to Chile, where she married, had two children and worked as a journalist until 1973. After the military coup of Pinochet she moved to Venezuela and, later, to United States; now she lives in San Rafael, California, with her second husband. Her books are translated in many languages. She writes mostly narrative, but she also wrote short stories for children, humor books, theater plays. Roberta was born in Lima, Peru to a father of Italian-Peruvian descent and a mother of Indigenous, Spanish, & Afro-Peruvian descent. Klaudia Reynicke, a Swiss-Peruvian filmmaker, was raised in Peru, Switzerland, and the US. She holds a background in Fine Arts and Social Sciences. Her debut film, "Il Nido" (2016), competed at the Locarno film festival, followed by "Love Me Tender" (2019) at Locarno and TIFF. Her third feature, "Reinas," had its world premiere at Sundance 2024, participating in the World Cinema competition. Born in Lima, Peru, De Montreuil is a feature film and commercial director residing in Los Angeles. In his youth, he studied painting at the Trujillo Fine Arts School and was trained by the renowned Peruvian painter Pedro Azabache. De Montreuil graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BA in Graphic Design, an MA in Graphic Design, and a minor in Film and Art History. He later studied directing under Judith Weston in Los Angeles.
His debut feature film, La Mujer de mi Hermano (My Brother's Wife), based on a novel by the controversial Peruvian author Jaime Bayly, was acquired by distributors Twentieth Century Fox for distribution in Latin America and by Lionsgate for US theatrical distribution. La Mujer de mi Hermano is one of the most successful films in the history of Latin American exhibition and enjoyed both the largest release and the biggest opening weekend box office for a Spanish-language film in the US at the time.
His next film, Máncora, was selected for competition in the World Drama category at the Sundance Film Festival 2008 and screened at SXSW, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Mill Valley Film Festival, Stockholm International Film Festival, São Paulo International Film Festival, Seattle International Film Festival, Miami International Film Festival, and Bergen International Film Festival.
De Montreuil's 2010 science fiction short film The Raven gained significant industry attention and praise for its engaging storytelling and impressive visual effects, earning it the first position on that year's industry short form Black List, surpassing million-dollar spots such as Iñárritu's Nike commercial. De Montreuil, along with screenwriter Justin Marks and producer Mark Wahlberg, set up the feature version of the film at Universal Pictures.
De Montreuil directed the feature film Lowriders for Universal Pictures, which was produced by Brian Grazer and Jason Blum and starred Academy Award nominee Demián Bichir. More recently, he directed the pilot for Amazon's Once Upon a Time in Aztlan for Amazon Studios and STX.
His latest feature film, Mistura, had its U.S. premiere at the 2024 Mill Valley Film Festival. It then had its Latin American premiere at the Morelia International Film Festival, where it received the longest standing ovation of the festival. At the 2024 Newport Beach Film Festival, Mistura won the Jury Awards for Best Picture, Best Screenplay, and Best Actress. At the 2025 Durango Independent Film Festival, it received both the Jury Award for Best Picture and Best Actress, as well as the Audience Award for Best Picture.
