In a plot that didn't make sense to me, Peter Cronk obtains some sort of work-study situation where he would observe the Doctor. First, the kid looked awfully young, so this didn't make sense. Second, I cannot in any way believe the Doctor would even do something like this. Regardless, this precocious young man is really eager and amazingly knowledgeable for someone who looks about 13 or 14. But he has an ulterior motive..and what that is, you'll have to discover for yourself.
Additionally, a kid on a field trip with Louisa passes out and has a life threatening condition that the Doctor naturally diagnosis almost instantly! And, Louisa and Doc are given homework by their therapist.
Overall, a very interesting episode even with its logical problems I mentioned above. Well worth seeing.
