This is a wonderfully creative and imaginative film. The characters are outrageous and over the top in a Rocky Horror (Cult Classic) kind of way. Carol Sirugo is charming as Karma. The movie has a John Waters meets Charles Ludlam kind of feel. It definitely has that "Theatre of the Ridiculous" flavor. It's campy, larger than life and extremely funny.
I really got a kick out of the puppets and poetry. Some of the poems where so outlandish, I found myself hysterically laughing. Super soundtrack and great costumes! Kudos for pushing the envelope and creating a risky, unique and entertaining independent film.
