Continuity

Stan stops the SUV's wipers before helping Richard toss Dimitri's body in the lake. When he gets back in the SUV, the wipers are on again.
Jen assesses Stan's SUV after he had been shot dead with the final shot going through the back of the headrest, despite the bullet going through his head, there is no damage to the front of the headrest.
During the final duel after Richard has been shot by Jen his wound switched sides between cuts. It is originally on his right and for a few frames it is shortly on his left before going back to his right side.
Richard is riding a KTM 2-stroke dirt bike throughout most of the movie, but at one point when they first set out to hunt for Jen, the bike is clearly a very different 4-stroke adventure-style motorcycle with a windscreen and vastly different headlights.
When Jen is chasing Stan on the mountain, the diagonal scars on her back disappear and reappear between shots.

Factual errors

After Jen cauterizes her wound with the tin foil from a beer can, the printed logo for some strange reason is burned into her skin. Even more strange is the fact it doesn't appear as a mirror image.
The corpse of Dimitri is found bloated in the water like it has been in there for weeks. There's no way a few hours submerged will deform a body like that.
When Richard pushes Jen down the cliff, she gets impaled on a tree. To free herself from that situation, Jen sets fire to the tree. For the tree to get so dry for it to break under her weight, it would need quite some time. In that time, the flames and the heat would seriously hurt Jen.
As Jen shoots at Stan's SUV with Dimitri's shotgun several times before it eventually hits the former, killing him. Throughout the firefight, the windshield appears to look undamaged by the shotgun blasts.
During the mountain pass chase, Stan is shown pressing the brake repeatedly to start the SUV when it should be the gas. He also is shown pressing the brake again to rev the engine repeatedly.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Jen cauterizes the wound, she only does so for the wound in her front. Since she was impaled on a tree, there is a second wound on her back which is left untreated.

There are many shots after Jen leaves the cave showing the wound on her back is burned and blackened. The fire from the tree cauterized it. Unrealistic, yes, but the wound has clearly been dealt with and isn't actively bleeding for the rest of the film.
As Jen shoots at Stan's SUV with a shotgun, the killer shot went through the driver's headrest. The blast resembles that of a rifle, not that of a shotgun which has a bigger blast radius. The spread of shotgun pellets is about one inch per yard of range, but a cylinder bore ( no choke ) shotgun can also fire solid slugs. This loading would also explain the precision of her other long-range shots (e.g. while Stan is refueling), and the penetration through the Range Rover's windshield and the house window; and is the only loading which would benefit from a telescopic sight.
Jen runs barefoot from the house to the cliff, with the men unable to catch her. This suggests it was not too far, however much Adrenalin she is pumping. After that, every move is limited by a 4cm hole through her abdomen, restricting her speed and mobility further. Despite this, the men are unable to find or catch her using motorised transport, and despite searching an area for three or four hours. In reality, the entire area would only be a few square kilometres of fairly open terrain.

There is a scene where Jen drives at high speed on the quad bike until it runs out of fuel, taking her into the mountains. The film takes place over a much larger area than a few square kilometres.

Revealing mistakes

When Stan is shooting Jen with his rifle, the muzzle flashes are conspicuously absent.

Miscellaneous

After Jen cauterizes her wound with the tin foil from a beer can, the printed logo for some strange reason is burned into her skin. Even more strange is the fact it doesn't appear as a mirror image.
When Jen pulls off in the SUV and the camera shows her reflection in the rear-view mirror, for some reason the reflection remains stationary relative to the camera for some time, although it should move with the mirror.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

The Range Rover in the film has a diesel engine but the sound effects are of a gas engine. The motorcycle in the film is a 2-stroke but once again the engine sound effects are wrong and are that of a 4-stroke engine.

Errors in geography

The logic of the film requires the house to be isolated, but when Richard walks around the pool after his shower there is another building visible facing him, and rows of cultivated trees in a field a few hundred metres away.
