When the Rangers surround Zordon's tube, they leave their helmets along the front of the edge of the crystal bed, but when the Rangers' symbols project, each Ranger has their helmet directly in front of them; in the overhead shot of the Rangers' symbols merging on Zordon, the helmets are nowhere to be seen.
When the Rangers teleport to the Command Center, they are wearing their rollerblading gear. When they arrive, they are not.
When Dulcea first appears, she splits her staff into two smaller sticks. She first spins them around by turning her wrists. In the next shot of her, she is holding handles to spin them around.
Soon after Aisha is cornered by the dinosaur skeleton in the jungle, we can see her running away off to the side, and when we do, we see a large stain of mud on one side of her buttock. However, in later shots, we see it has completely disappeared.
Before skydiving, Tommy says that they are fifteen seconds from the drop zone, and at least thirty-five seconds later, Billy says they are three seconds from the drop zone.
When Fred's dad is seen arriving back at his house before he is "Oozed," it is clear that the Toyota SUV he is driving is right hand drive, concurrent with the film being shot in Australia. However, when he gets out of the SUV, he exits from the left side, and a quick interior shot shows that there is no steering wheel on that side; just a regular passenger-side dash.

In the battle with the Ectomorphicons, as Rocky jumps from the rooftop, the view inside his Zord shows that Hornitor is standing on an animation grid, instead of the streets, revealing the not fully rendered shot.
Right before the Rangers lose their powers, Tommy (the White Ranger) calls out for Saba. As Saba appears in his hands, the shot of the Rangers noticeably jumps and changes angles slightly, indicating that the scene was stopped and restarted so Saba could be placed in Tommy's hand.
Zordon's tube disappears for three wide shots when Ivan Ooze is destroying the Command Center.
When Lord Zedd, Rita, Goldar, and Mordant arrive at the construction site to resurrect Ivan, Lord Zedd proceeds to knock out two guards sitting near the egg. After this Mordant's reply is "Yeah I could do that. I just choose not to." Goldar then tells Mordant to be quiet, but if you closely at Mordant's mouth when Goldar tells him this, it's still moving after, but no sound is coming out.
When Kimberly's being attacked by the dinosaur skeleton, Tommy shouts that he'll help her and then provokes the dinosaur as he stabs it with a bone; both times that he talks, his lips aren't moving.

Even though Angel Grove is a fictional place in the power rangers universe, it still is based in 'california, U.S.A'. However, in the movie, it is shot mainly in Australia which is why the driving scenes with Fred and his Dad, are in a 'right-hand' drive car.

However, he had only just mentioned he'd been "10 minutes out of the egg." He couldn't have learned about these things in such a short time after his release.
When Lord Zedd, Rita Repulsa, Goldar, and Mordant arrive at the construction site to resurrect Ivan, Goldar's reply is "That's 'cause you're a pig". Mordant is NOT a pig, but he's a warthog.
