Poll: Disney-Produced 'Star Wars' You Most Want to See

As of August 2019, Lucasfilm is in post-production on the latest 'Star Wars' live-action movie, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019), the final chapter in the Skywalker story line and its new live-action "Star Wars" streaming series, The Mandalorian (2019). Disney also formally announced a release date for Untitled Star Wars Project (2022), the first installment in the next 'Star Wars' trilogy, as well as, an Untitled Star Wars/Cassian Andor Series (????). Meanwhile, Star Wars: Underworld (????), a darker episodic series and future installments of 'A Star Wars Story' anthology series have been put on hold for the time being. All are part of LucasFilm's effort to expand the 'Star Wars' universe by developing stories beyond George Lucas' original series and encompass a dozen or so live-action projects in various stages of early development.

    "The Mandalorian", a tentpole TV series for the new Disney streaming subscription service The series is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order and focuses on a the adventures of a lone Mandalorian gunfighter.

    Finally, a live-action, big studio episodic series where we can get regular installments and added layer of depth to the the Star Wars saga.

    Finally, a new 'Star Wars' trilogy outside of the Skywalker story line. I am looking forward to a fresh take and to see parts of the 'Star Wars' universe that have yet to explored.
