‘The Twilight Zone’ Premiere Trailer: Kumail Nanjiani Cracks Jokes, and Adam Scott Channels Shatner – Watch
What price fame? Kumail Nanjiani is about to find out when he steps onto the stage of “The Twilight Zone.” CBS All Access revealed the trailer for the first two episodes of its anthology series reboot on Monday.

In the trailer below, Nanjiani plays the titular standup comedian Samir Wassan who frequents a little comedy club called Eddies (as in eddies of water perhaps). He’s struggling to find his voice when a mysterious man played by Tracy Morgan appears and seems to offer him the answer to his dreams. Sounds too good to be true? Of course! This is “The Twilight Zone” after all where twists are commonplace and human frailty is spotlighted and found wanting.

The episode, written by Alex Rubens, will be one

Are Netflix Cancellations Extra Painful for Fans, Due to Hidden 'Ratings'?
It’s bad enough to lose a quality sitcom such as One Day at a Time. But to never be given a chance to see the cancellation coming? That’s no laughing matter.

After all, when Timeless was cancelled (the first time!), fans were sad, yet some understood. Though the time travel series at the time ranked seventh out of NBC’s 14 dramas, its demo number had quite steadily eroded since its launch, slipping from a 1.8 (!) to barely half of that.

“We knew this was coming,” one TVLine reader commented back then.

When you are able to follow the ratings for a TV series,
