Apple Uses Steven Spielberg, Damien Chazelle, Reese Witherspoon & More To Show Why New TV+ Service Is Netflix…But Better
It’s said (and proven time and again) that Apple is a company that isn’t the first to innovate with a gadget or technology, but it often does those gadgets and tech better than its competition (and often at a steeper price). And with the new Apple TV service, the company is attempting to venture into the world of streaming services by taking what Netflix has innovated and doing it…better.

The Voice Recap: Which Singers Were the First Casualties of the Battles?

The Voice Recap: Which Singers Were the First Casualties of the Battles?
“Just duet” became The Voice’s unofficial motto Monday as Season 16 launched the Battles, which thanks to their bizarreness — “Ok, you guys sing beautifully together… even as you try to blow each other off the stage and out of the competition!” — might just be my favorite of all the rounds. Also, it’s the Battles that let us know if our early favorites are as good as their Blind Auditions made us think that they were. (Don’t let me down, Maelyn Jarmon!)

On hand to help the coaches guide their contestants were onetime Team Alicia Keys adviser Charlie Puth

American Idol Recap: Who's Going to Hawaii for the 'Final Judgment'?
Hollywood Week — or “Hell Week,” according to that little devil Ryan Seacrest — continued on Monday’s American Idol, which ended with one contestant threatening (nay, promising!) to pee on the floor. And after sitting through this episode, I could relate.

These poor children were put through the wringer, forced to sing and dance and smile on mere minutes of sleep. They were treated like… like… well, like children in Hollywood, to be honest.

But unlike the episode, which forced the contestants to wait until the last possible moment to learn their fates, we’re going straight to the results:

Still, the emotional hour — which flashed back to 2005 for the story of how Chimney joined the force — was an eye-opening experience, and whether Chimney lives or dies next week, we’ll surely never think of him the same way.

Below, Kenneth Choi breaks down the biggest moments from this week’s Chimney-centric episode, including how the loss of his friend shaped his journey, and what the future may hold (fingers crossed!) for

Shadowhunters Recap: Who Slayed? (Plus, We Need to Talk About 'Malec')

This wasn’t a great week to be a vampire on Shadowhunters. Or a werewolf. Or a warlock, for that matter. Basically, no one is in a great place at this point.

Monday’s episode began with Heidi inciting a well-dressed vampire revolution. “It’s a new world,” she told her fellow bloodsuckers, none of whom were aware that she was already actively plotting to sell them out to the Shadowhunters. Giving Alec the names of the vampires who attacked the Jade Wolf was a two-pronged plan: Not only did it earn her a clean slate with the good guys,

Is Disney Going to Revive Lucasfilm Games?

There are those who will remember LucasArts. In short, George Lucas was interested in forms of entertainment besides movies, which is why he created the Lucasfilm Computer Division in the late 1970s. In total, the Lucasfilm Computer Division had two units, with one being focused on graphics and the other being focused on computer games. The unit that was focused on graphics would go on to become Pixar, while the unit that was focused on computer games would go on to become Lucasfilm Games and then LucasArts.
