Brandon Larracuente (13 Reasons Why), Emily Tosta (Mayans M.C.), Niko Guardado (The Goldbergs) and relative newbie Elle Paris Legaspi have all been cast as series regulars in the pilot, TVLine has learned.

A reimagining of the ’90s Fox drama — which made household names out of Matthew Fox, Scott Wolf, Neve Campbell, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Lacey Chabert — Freeform’s Party of Five has an immigration focus. Rather than losing their parents in a car accident, as happened to the Salinger siblings in the original series,

The Haunting of Hill House Cast: The Moments That Gave Us Goosebumps

The Haunting of Hill House Cast: The Moments That Gave Us Goosebumps
Any savvy connoisseur of TV knows that shooting a sex scene is inherently unsexy, what with the cameras and the roomful of people and getting just the right angle for the camera. Getting a scary scene on film is an eerily similar process, The Haunting of Hill House star Kate Siegel tells TVLine.

A lot of times, what the audience is actually scared of can be attributed to “sound design, lighting design, camera movements,” she says, explaining that often when you see her and her castmates in the Netflix horror series, they’re usually reacting to the director telling them

Derren Brown Has Upended So Many Lives on TV, He Has an Alumni Support Group

Derren Brown Has Upended So Many Lives on TV, He Has an Alumni Support Group
Derren Brown’s first venture into Netflix programming, “The Push,” was built on finding out whether circumstances could convince one person to commit murder. For his latest special, his next move was to see if the opposite could be true.

“This one actually came out of walking around New York. We were just talking about what would be a nice thing to follow from ‘The Push.’ Essentially, one is trying to kill someone and the other is saving a life. There’s a nice counterpoint there,” Brown told IndieWire.

“Derren Brown: Sacrifice” is another of the title entertainer’s foray into immersive hypothetical experiences geared toward a single person. The 50-minute long special follows Phil, an American and self-described immigration opponent. The idea of an elaborate months-long process is to see if Phil can be convinced to give up his life for a man he thinks to be an undocumented immigrant.

Madam Secretary: Daisy Inspires Kids, Elizabeth Running for President

There are some things that a magic wand, or a magic rake rather, cannot fix. In this week’s episode of Madam Secretary, Elizabeth jets off to Milan to discuss with China about the Fair Work and Trade Agreement. Shame it’s for political reasons and not partake in the grandeur of Fashion Week. Daisy also becomes an inspiring figure for a group of deserving kids. The contrast between Foreign Minister Chen and Elizabeth’s political careers was interesting. I did not know that the former was planning to run for president until later in the episode. I’m sure that he would have

There are pretty faces aplenty in Hollywood and saying that they’re all alike is something that some folks would say just to avoid having to pick one out from the crowd.
