Per NBC, building off the mythology of the original series, the new show will feature returning fan favorites while also introducing new characters, new dangers and epic new mysteries. I hear no actors are currently attached but the idea is for the offshoot to feature some original cast members, regular or recurring.

Glenn executive produces with Hazy Mills’ Hayes and Milliner. Grimm co-creators/showrunners David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf will serve as consulting producers.

The original series followed Portland Homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli), who discovered he is a Grimm,

Caroline Rose Gets Lost in Suburbia in ‘Jeannie Becomes a Mom’ Video
New York City’s Caroline Rose took her songwriting to a new level of wit and heart with Loner, the album she released in February. It’s full of deftly drawn characters, like the numbingly normal partygoers in “More of the Same” or the comically exaggerated versions of Rose herself in “Money” and “Soul No. 5.” One of her best creations is the lost suburbanite in “Jeannie Becomes a Mom,” drifting through the cul-de-sacs outside Topeka, Kansas in search of her dream life.

‘Morning Joe’ Pleads for Cabinet to Invoke 25th Amendment: Trump ‘Not Fit to Lead’
The set of “Morning Joe” offered some righteous indignation Wednesday morning, one day after President Donald Trump called porn star Stormy Daniels “horseface”

While there was broad denunciation on set, it was Mika Brzezinski who went one step further, saying the moment once again suggested that the billionaire should be removed from office — even if it meant invoking the 25th amendment.

“This one of the many, many, many ways this president has shown us that he is not fit, possibly not even well and I don’t even understand the people in this administration taking matters into their own hands and trying to sort of stick it out,” said Brzezinski.

Alfonso Cuarón at the Lumière Festival: ‘As a Cineast, You Can Only Make Personal Films’
Lyon, France – Alfonso Cuarón’s inspiration for his award-winning drama “Roma” was none other than Cannes topper Thierry Frémaux, the Mexican director revealed during a masterclass at the 10th Lumière Film Festival in Lyon on Tuesday.

In a wide-ranging conversation with Frémaux, who serves as director of the Institut Lumière, Cuarón recalled how he had been previously working on a completely different project – a pre-historic drama set 50,000 to 100,000 years ago that centered on early humans, when the two met at the Morelia Film Festival in Mexico. Frémaux was unimpressed after hearing about it and instead urged the filmmaker to return to his native Mexico and make another Spanish-language film.

“I tried to explain the project to Thierry. It’s a really good project. It wasn’t an adventure film; it’s more of an intimate story. I was doing a lot of anthropological and archeological research, talking to many experts and I was very enthusiastic.
