A genetically mutated cross between a shark and an octopus, that was meant for military purposes, starts to run amok killing random vacationers.

A throwback to all those cheesy monster movies that Roger Corman used to make back in the day. While this one is nowhere near as fun as those movies, it certainly is watchable and has its moments. It doesn't have quite the energy or the conviction of those earlier films in their outrageous premises. The overall camp factor could have been amped up a bit more. The violence and the situations that unfold could have been a bit more cheeky and spirited in their overall approach. And the cast, with the exception of Eric Roberts, could have been more awful in their delivery or more in tune with what
