The petition was started by a group identified as Woken News and has since taken off like wildfire. As of this writing, the petition has garnered more than 84,000 signatures and is now looking to hit 150,000. The idea is that they want to get Warner Bros., who happens to be in charge of both the Mortal Kombat and Scooby-Doo brands, to add Shaggy as a playable Dlc character within the upcoming game.
