Disney animation Ralph Breaks The Internet held on to number one in North America for the third weekend as an estimated $16.1m led a down session.

Weekend box office for the top 12 amounted to $77.8m, down 29.8% on last weekend and up 2.2% against the comparable session in 2017. A trio of potential awards contenders launched, led by Focus Features’ Mary Queen Of Scots at number 23 on $200,000 from four for a morale-boosting $50,000 average.
