Update: Roger Alvarado, who last year pleaded guilty to attempted burglary after being accused of breaking into Taylor Swift's New York City home, was sentenced to six months in jail on Tuesday, reports say. The 22-year-old has already served the majority of his jail stint. A Manhattan District Attorney's Office spokesperson told E! News that Alvarado had accepted a plea deal, which states he will serve six months in jail and be on probation for five years.
