Leonardo DiCaprio in Talks for Tarantino’s Manson Murder Film

Leonardo DiCaprio may soon be reunited with director Quentin Tarantino. According to THR, the Oscar-winning actor who starred in Tarantino’s 2012 ‘Django Unchained‘ is in talks to sign on for a role in Tarantino’s next film based on the Manson family murders.

The upcoming film is said to be something along the lines of an ‘Inglorious Bastards’-style in the sense that it is loosely based on a tragic and world changing moment in history. In 1969, Charles Manson ordered his group of followers known as the Manson Family to invade the 10050 Cielo Drive home in Los Angeles and murder whomever was there and to make it look like it was the beginning of a race war. At the time the home belonged to director Roman Polanski and his pregnant wife Sharon Tate.
