Critters: A New Binge Live-Action Series Ordered by Verizon’s go90 Streaming Service

After more than 25 years since their last official film appearance, the Crites from Critters are coming back, this time as a series for Verizon's go90 streaming service.

Announced at the Television Critics Association's (TCA) 2018 Winter Press Tour, Critters: A New Binge is one of two new projects that have been given a series order by Verizon's go90, with Warner Bros. Television Group's Blue Ribbon Content digital studio on board to create the series.

An adaptation of the film franchise that featured little furry space creatures known as Crites (as well as Krites), Critters: A New Binge will once again bring the hungry aliens back down to Earth, this time in search of one of their own.

Spanning four films from 1986 to 1992, the Critters franchise pitted the invading Crites against bounty hunters from outer space, often with humans stuck in the middle (or on the menu). The Critters movies
