Cody Rhodes guest-stars as drug dealer Garret Runnels on Arrow
WWE star Cody Rhodes aka Stardust guest-stars on Arrow tonight as drug-dealer Garret Runnels, who clashes with both Wild Dog and Green Arrow. The wrestler’s character is named after Cody’s actual middle and last names (he was born Cody Garrett Runnels). In Season 5 Episode 3 on The CW his character does battle with Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) after causing havoc in Star City.
