Man Who Inspired Hit Taylor Swift Song Arrested for Alleged Child Abuse
Andrew Hardwick - the man who inspired Taylor Swift's hit country song "Teardrops on My Guitar" - was arrested for alleged child abuse in Hendersonville, Tennessee, on Saturday, according to authorities. Hendersonville Police said they charged three people - Andrew, 27, Christopher Hardwick, 34, and Joni Hardwick, 44 - after a 3-year-old girl suffered severe bruising and lacerations on her head and a concussion. Detective Sgt. Jim Vaughn told People she was airlifted to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital and has since been released.
