“Empire” and “Scream Queens” are both set for simultaneous worldwide release. The two hit Fox series will both debut in international markets within 24 hours of the U.S. premieres, the network announced Tuesday. Internationally, “Scream Queens” will premiere Wednesday, Sept. 23, and “Empire” will premiere Thursday, Sept. 24. They will premiere on Fox International Channels, 21st Century Fox’s international multi-media business, which develops, produces and distributes programming in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
