Just a few days after “American Horror Story” alum Kathy Bates was confirmed to rejoin the series for the upcoming “Hotel,” Sarah Paulson has checked in as well.
In true Ryan Murphy style, the showrunner tweeted that “Ahs” mainstay Paulson will be returning for the fifth season.
“Sarah Paulson is checking into ‘Hotel.’ And this season, she’s the baddest bad girl of them all. #AHSSeason5,” wrote Murphy.
Paulson has starred in all four of the previous installments. She joins the previously announced Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson, Wes Bentley and Chloë Sevigny.
Paulson received two Emmy nominations for her roles in the “Asylum” and “Coven” installments. She played the two-headed Bette/Dot in the most recent “Freak Show” season.
Another “Ahs” mainstay, Jessica Lange, announced last month that she would not be returning to the anthology series. Other vets of the show, including Frances Conroy, Dennis O’Hare and Lily Rabe,
