Katniss Everdeen is coming to Times Square, thanks to Lionsgate.
Taking advantage of its blockbuster “Hunger Games” franchise, Lionsgate announced Friday that it will team with Imagine Exhibitions to launch “The Hunger Games: The Exhibition” on July 1 at Discovery Times Square to run through Jan. 3, 2016.
“The Hunger Games: The Exhibition offers visitors an unparalleled experience and brings them closer to the world of Panem,” said Jenefer Brown, senior VP of Location Based Entertainment.
“Through a dynamic series of interactives, never before seen content, and immersive environments, guests will connect to ‘The Hunger Games’ in a one-of-kind experience,” she said. “The application of the film’s science, technology, and real-world problem solving also translate to a valuable educational experience that will resonate with school groups and visitors alike.”
