Jackie Chan to be honoured with coveted Fellowship Award at The Asian Awards in London

Asia’s biggest and most famous actor, Jackie Chan is to be honoured with the prestigious Fellowship Award for over 50 years of outstanding contribution to the worldwide film industry at The Asian Awards in London on April 4th 2014.

Jackie Chan is China’s most esteemed actor and a singular phenomenon across the globe. He is well known for his films in both Hollywood and in Asia with his most notable work being martial arts orientated.

Famously known for conducting all of his own stunts, in 2010 Jackie Chan starred in the remake of 80’s cinema hit, The Karate Kid produced by his friend Will Smith. He is also known for successful franchises such as Police Story and Rush Hour, the latter grossing nearly $1 billion at the box office. He has well over 1 billion fans worldwide and has been immortalised on the Hollywood walk of fame.
