Former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan is renting out his luxury beachfront home in California for $250,000 (£156,000) a month.
The Irish actor is reportedly planning to spend July and August on location shooting a new movie, and has decided to lease his home in Malibu as it will stand empty throughout the summer.
The $10.4 million (£6.5 million), four-bedroom house boasts a gymnasium, spa, sauna, swimming pool, and a private cinema.
Real estate agent Bob Rubenstein tells British newspaper The Mail on Sunday, "This is the nicest house on the nicest beach in Malibu. We are asking $250,000 a month. That is the going rate for a property of this calibre in this area.
"The house went on the rental market on Friday and we had six serious enquiries the first day. I have no doubt we will rent it soon at the full asking price. It is a magnificent property."
Brosnan bought the property in 2000 but only moved in last year after demolishing the original home and building his own eco-friendly house on the site.
