Academy-Award nominee James Cromwell (Babe) will soon be facing something scarier than a talking pig: EW has confirmed that Cromwell is in negotiations to join the second season of FX’s American Horror Story, as first reported by Deadline. The actor will play Dr. Arden, who works at the same institution for the criminally insane run by Jessica Lange’s character.
Cromwell joins Lange, Chloe Sevigny, Adam Levine, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, and Lizzie Brochere in the ensemble for season two of the horror hit, set to premiere in October.
