The Six Degrees of Mark Duplass [With Sweet Infographic!]
[Click Here For The Full-sized Graphic.] Writer-director-producer-actor Mark Duplass has been making movies since 2002; his first feature, "The Puffy Chair," debuted at Sundance in 2005. Like many of Mark's films, that one was directed, written and produced with his brother, Jay Duplass. (The latest Duplass Bros. project, "Jeff Who Lives at Home," will be released by Paramount in March.) However, Mark is not a filmmaking monagamist. In the last 10 years, Mark's collaborated on nearly two dozen films. In addition to Jay, Mark has worked with his wife, Katie Aselton, as well as Joe Swanberg, Noah Baumbach and Lynn Shelton. And at any large festival in which Mark Duplass has a film, there’s a better than even chance that he’s got his hands in many other projects by first, second or third degrees of separation.
