Alan Alda revealed he has Parkinson’s disease on Tuesday’s episode of “CBS This Morning.” The actor said he was diagnosed with the illness three and a half years ago.

“I’ve had a full life since then,” he said. “I’ve acted, I’ve given talks, I help at the Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook. I started this new podcast. And I noticed that — I had been on television a lot in the last couple of weeks talking about the new podcast — and I could see my thumb twitch in some shots and I thought,

Freda Black, the former assistant district attorney who was featured in the documentary series “The Staircase,” has died at the age of 57.

According to the News & Observer, Black was found dead in her North Carolina home over the weekend. No cause of death has been made public, though law enforcement told the paper that her death “does not appear to be suspicious at this point.”

A Durham County assistant district attorney from the early 1990s until 2005, Black was part of the team that helped convict Michael Peterson for murder following the 2001 death of his wife.

The Peterson murder trial was publicized by the 2004 French docu-series by filmmaker Jean-Xavier de Lestrade. It was most recently repurposed as a 13-episode series by Netflix last month.

Alex Trebek may currently be the long-running host of Jeopardy!, but he already has a replacement in mind should his retirement come: sportscaster Alex Fraust.

During a sit-down with TMZ’s Harvey Levin for the latest episode of Fox News Channel's OBJECTified on Sunday night, Trebek says his chances of leaving the show are more than "50/50" once his contract expires in 2020. Mark Wahlberg is eager to re-team with Mel Gibson.

“Well, I’m dying to work with Mel,” Wahlberg recently told Extra about Gibson, his costar in Daddy’s Home 2. “And hopefully that’s going to happen sooner rather than later … Nothing is written in stone yet.”

He added, “It would be a dream to hear Mel say ‘action’ and ‘cut.’”

Gibson continues to face scrutiny over past controversies. He was sentenced to three years’ probation, counseling and community service in 2011 after pleading no contest to one misdemeanor count of domestic violence allegedly committed against ex-wife Oksana Grigorieva in 2010.

Welcome to Lohan Beach Club. MTV officially announced its new reality series with Lindsay Lohan, Lohan Beach Club (working title), slated to debate in 2019. The new series, which is executive produced by Lohan in partnership with MTV and Bunim/Murray Productions, started shooting in Mykonos, Greece in late July 2018. Jungle Cruise is now in production! Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson are giving their fans the first look at their upcoming Disney movie, set to hit theaters in 2019. In a new video posted to YouTube on Tuesday, Blunt and Johnson preview the hilarious co-star banter we can expect on the upcoming film. "Hi everybody! Dwayne Johnson truly has a heart of gold, and his latest act is a testament to his generosity. On Monday, the actor posted a heartwarming video of him surprising his stunt double cousin Tanoai Reed with a custom pickup truck, thanking him for all of his hard work throughout the years. "My stunt double (and cousin) Tanoai Reed has broken multiple bones, severed tendons, torn ligaments, and just been an overall dominating bad ass," Dwayne wrote. "I had this custom pickup truck delivered just in time to surprise him (he's still recovering from a stunt injury)." The maze is located in Indiana - fitting, since that's the setting of the show - at Exploration Acres, the largest corn maze and pumpkin patch in northwest Indiana.
