David Arquette Has ‘Zero Plans’ to Be in Another Gory Wrestling ‘Death Match’
David Arquette said his gruesome, bloody injury from Friday night’s wrestling “death match” was because of his “lack of experience.”

“Don’t try this at home,” the actor/producer wrote in a Twitter message on Monday.

Arquette climbed in the ring on Friday night at GCW’s Joey Janela’s L.A. Confidential with Combat Zone Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion Nick Gage, who hit him over the head with a light-bulb tube. The glass shattered, with a shard cutting into Arquette’s neck, which began to bleed profusely.

Ellen Pompeo Calls Out Magazine Mid-Interview for Not ‘Enough Color’ in the Room
Ellen Pompeo had some bold criticisms for Porter magazine while she and fellow actresses Gabrielle Union, Gina Rodriguez and Emma Roberts sat down for a roundtable discussion for the publication’s annual “Women in Television” issue.

The longtime “Grey’s Anatomy” star was happy to be included in the conversation, but disappointed with the lack of diversity she saw within the crew’s ranks and told the magazine as much mid-interview.

“This day has been incredible, and there’s a ton of women in the room. But, I don’t see enough color,” Pompeo said. “And I didn’t see enough color when I walked in the room today. And I had a meeting with a director of another endorsement project that I’m doing.”

Pompeo said she told that director

Anne Hathaway and Matthew McConaughey's New Thriller Looks Deeply Uncomfortable
Anne Hathaway and Matthew McConaughey have reunited four years after Christopher Nolan's existential Interstellar for another stressful-as-hell movie. In Serenity, a very blond Hathaway asks a rugged McConaughey to murder her abusive husband, played by Chappaquiddick's Jason Clarke, by dropping him smack dab in the ocean, much to the delight of any nearby sharks. Having fun yet? The trailer also features a mysterious man with a briefcase, several ominous shots of blood, and a Lost-like vibe that hints not all on the island is as it seems.

Serenity is scheduled to be released later this year on Jan. 25. Watch the deeply agitating - and still kind of sexy? Just me? - new trailer above, then check out the first footage ahead.

What to Expect for Meredith and DeLuca When Grey's Anatomy Returns

What to Expect for Meredith and DeLuca When Grey's Anatomy Returns
It's been less than a week since the fall finale of Grey's Anatomy, and we're already so over this hiatus. When last we saw Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), she was trapped in an elevator with the very hunky Dr. DeLuca, just after he had asked for her to give them a chance, and just after she had accepted a drinks date with Link (Chris Carmack). Based on what star Giacomo Gianniotti had to say after the episode, we could actually be in for a MerLuca romance. "When we come back, we're still stuck in that elevator...you know, Meredith's been running from DeLuca in a way, every time he's offered something—"I gotta, go, I'll take the stairs, not right now,...

The Internet Is Seriously Split on How to Pronounce Blink-182

How do you pronounce Blink 182 the right way? This question was on the mind of everyone on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.  It all began when The Late Late Show with James Corden 's co-head writer and stand-up comedian Ian Karmel started a Twitter forum with the '90s band members Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge. In what would become a viral moment, he said that the British call Blink-182 differently that Americans, saying "The British call Blink-182 'Blink One Eight Two' and I'm not saying that's Why they lost the Revolutionary War, but..."  And his boss James Corden even weighed in by replying to Ian's tweet. The host surprised the Twitter...

If you've watched Nashville, then you probably already know Lennon Stella's name. The 19-year-old singer and her real-life sister, Maisy, played Maddie and Daphne Conrad on the hit show and eventually rose to stardom with their addicting music covers. Now that the series has officially ended, Stella is forging her own way as a solo artist with a fresh new sound. In addition to releasing a few catchy singles, she recently teamed up with One Direction's Liam Payne and Jonas Blue for the song "Polaroid." And that's just the beginning.

Ezra Miller Promises That Insane Fantastic Beasts Twist Will
Love it or hate it, there's one thing you can't deny about Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. It has people talking. Avid fans of J.K. Rowling's ever-expanding wizarding world are up in arms about the second installment in the five-movie series. There are all kinds of issues with the presence of Minerva McGonagall, there's an utter void when it comes to Albus Dumbledore's sexuality, and that's really just the tip of the iceberg. But there's one reveal (the film's biggest twist) that really has us all scratching our heads: according to Grindelwald, Credence Barebone is actually a Dumbledore.

21 Ghost Story Books That Will Chill You to the Bone

  • Popsugar
Halloween is far from the only time of year when you can enjoy a good ghost story. Books featuring spirits - just one of the prompts in our 2019 Reading Challenge - can be enjoyed at any time, because the theme of connecting with the great beyond is one that never fails to resonate. The best ghost stories do more than send a shiver down your spine, they also have something to say about the human condition. The ghosts can represent things from our hero's past that they can't escape, they can manifest as our worst nightmares, or they simply teach us lessons that only those who have moved beyond this world could impart. The sheer array of books featuring ghosts on this list proves that a compelling ghost story doesn't have to follow any one set of rules; in fact, they're at their best when they're breaking every one of the genre's time-honored traditions.

Jason Derulo Joins the Cats Adaptation as Rum Tum Tugger - See Who Else Is in the Cast!
One of the most successful musicals in Broadway and West End history is finally making an official go for the silver screen. After years of back-and-forth, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats is going from stage musical to feature film. The film began development in May 2016 when it was announced that The King's Speech director Tom Hooper would be at the helm of the Universal Pictures and Working Title Films adaptation.

Billy Elliot screenwriter Lee Hall penned the Cats film screenplay, which will follow the same story as the musical, which was based on a book of children's poems by T.S. Eliot. The story focuses on a tribe of cats called the Jellicles and the night they make what is known as "the Jellicle choice," deciding which cat will ascend to the "Heaviside Layer" and come back to a new life. The musical features some of the most well-known show tunes,

The Fantastic Beasts Sequel Ends With a Big Twist, but Does It Have a Postcredits Scene?

The Fantastic Beasts Sequel Ends With a Big Twist, but Does It Have a Postcredits Scene?
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has hit theaters, and with it comes a whole lot of questions. For instance, what the hell is up with all those crisscrossing, nonsensical timelines? How was that McGonagall cameo possible? And how in the hell is that twist with Credence going to work out? All the nostalgic Harry Potter Easter eggs in the world can't make up for the wild, out-of-left-field plot choices the sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them makes scene after scene. But there's one thing we can do: confirm whether there's an end credits scene.

Since the prequel series is going to be five movies total, that means plenty of crazy storylines about Newt, Hot Young Dumbledore, Grindelwald, Tina, and the rest of the characters await us in the years to come. That's why we would've totally expected a brief scene postcredits hinting at what we might expect from our favorite magizoologist.
