Edward is a seasoned composer, producer, sound designer, and a pastor of worship. His wealth of experience in music has enabled him to contribute to a variety of contemporary, classical, stage, and studio projects. Edward has infused many of my eclectic influences and keen ear for melody into many varied compositions. This is often showcased in his diverse writing style and production techniques.
With experiences both on stage and in the studio, Edward brings a unique musical style into an array of settings. His spectrum of musical tastes covers a wide range of genres. In addition, Edward has also made numerous contributions in both radio and television writing jingles and themes for a variety of shows, as well as being involved in an assortment of musical stage adaptations. These experiences include composing original scores for re-imagined stage productions of The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, The Pipe Piper of Hamlin.
Edward has been sought out by baKno, a video game developer and publisher. Edward has worked closely with baKno to create original musical scores for many of their video games. This includes the games, Xplorer, Island Racer, Punk Trader, and Mahjong. Edward has also been tapped as a studio session player, producer, co-writer, and arranger on several independent album projects. The ability to create just the right music for a specific project is what Edward finds most rewarding.
Edward has lent his songwriting, music, and production skills to the instrumental art-rock project, Velvet Symphony. Edward wrote and produced their debut album. A 10-Track LP entitled, Counter Clockwise. Which is available on the iTunes music, Amazon, and other online music streaming services.
In late 2012, Edward officially launched his own publishing company, Glittertown Records, an entity that now operates as an independent publishing house. Edward produces and distributes music through Glittertown Records globally. This includes musical projects such as Hannaford Street Worship, and Velvet Symphony, among others.
In 2017, Edward officially launched The Minstrel, a custom and royalty-free scoring and production house. It is there that Edward provides original scores for films, radio, television, and commercials, as well as royalty-free scores which are available to subscribers. The Minstrel offers digital downloads for just about any musical situation.
Edward currently lives in the small town of Cicero, Indiana with his wife Sharon.
