Peyton Jackson is an Atlanta, GA native who has been performing since the age of 2 years old. He is a fun-loving kid who enjoys being creative and performing for all audiences. Being a gifted student, actor, singer, and musician; he is naturally drawn to create songs, shoot videos, and write scripts for fun in his spare time.
Jackson made his big screen debut as Jr. in Tyler Perry's "Nobody's Fool" where he performed with Tiffany Haddish, Omari Hardwick, and Tika Sumpter. He is most known for his role as Drew on the OWN Network's "First Christmas", Eli on FOX's "The Resident", and Young Cecil in MGM's "Respect" where he performed with Forest Whitaker and Audra McDonald. Booking the role of Woody on Netflix's "The Harder They Fall", allowed him to work with Regina King and Idris Elba. Recently, Jackson has starred in the upcoming Blumhouse film, "American Refugee". He has also co-starred on an NBC pilot and a Showtime series affording him the opportunity to work with Shenola Hampton, Brian White, and Viola Davis respectively. As of the latter quarter of 2021, Peyton is starring in a new series with AppleTV. Additional on-camera work includes several short films and multiple commercials.
Drawn to live performance, Jackson's credits include two First place wins at Amateur Night at the Apollo in New York city, Young Michael Jackson in Stepp Stewart's "A Soulful Christmas", and performer/honoree of Our Military Kids in Arlington, Virginia.
When not performing, Peyton loves to spend time with his family and new puppy. The American Cancer Society (ACS) foundation is close to his heart and a charity that he feels strongly about.
