Pablo Alonso González is filmmaker and tenure track anthropologist at CSIC, Spain. He holds PhDs in History (University of Leon, Spain) and Heritage Studies (University of Cambridge, UK). He has directed various documentary films and published a number of books on social theory and cultural heritage, specializing in Spain and Cuba. His recent work addresses wine culture and heritage.
