Elliot Holden aka Urban Guitar Legend is an American guitar instrumentalist and actor who most recently appeared in the Tyler Perry film "A Jazzman's Blues" (2022). A "guitar ninja" with "fingers of fury" he is often described as Hendrix being produced by Dr Dre. His musical style combines Rock, Blues, Classical, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Middle Eastern music. Holden's film credits not only include "A Jazzman's Blues" (2022) [Tyler Perry] but he's also provided compositions to the documentary film "Mercy's Kennel" (2018).
Elliot's diverse musical style has allowed him to share the stage with such acts as The Derek Trucks Band, Snoop Dog, Robert Cray, Tab Benoit, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Adrian Belew, Erykah Badu, Sonny Landreth, Porter Batiste Stoltz and many others. He was featured in Guitar Player Magazine's Spotlight and his fiery playing has been compared to that of Eric Johnson, Jeff Beck and Jimi Hendrix.
