Rubén Gallardo, soundtrack composer, musician and music producer, was born in Mallorca (Balearic Islands) in 1992, entering the world of music at an early age.
His interest in this was thanks to the influence of his father, who taught him the first chords of guitar and piano. At the age of six, Rubén already knew how to play various instruments, including piano, guitar, bass, flute and drums.
From the age of 15, he began to form part of musical groups of different styles in which Rubén, in a self-taught way and out of 'curiosity', began in musical composition, he made his first compositions, beginning his first symphonic works.
Once he was trained as a sound technician and graduated in music production, he delved into the composition of Soundtracks for Cinema, discovering his vocation and passion for cinema.
This year, it is the fifth anniversary since the composer came to light; Since then, Rubén has composed more than 17 Soundtracks, 3 studio albums and has been awarded 2 International Awards, 1 Autonomous Recognition and has obtained 7 nominations in his professional career.
"Composing a Soundtrack is nothing more than the process of investigation and exploration of the entire cinematographic production, inducing the spectator in the soul of its history"
