Talya Klein is an award-winning director, writer and producer for film/TV and theater.
Born and raised in New York City, Talya attended The Little Red School House until first grade and then The Spence School through high school. She received her BA from Duke University and an MFA in directing from the Brown University/Trinity Rep MFA Program in Providence, Rhode Island.
Talya's theater work has been performed all over the US and in the UK, and her web series, Brokers (2017) won an Award of Merit at the Accolade Global Film Festival & the Indiefest Film Awards, and won Best Comedy at the 2017 Austin Indie Film Fest. She teaches acting and directing in North Carolina.
