Leandro believes in the transformative power of sound in enriching narratives and captivating audiences. This passion led him from Argentina to Mexico, where he spent 12 years working in film and television, honing his skills in sound capture and mastering the art of efficiency and problem-solving. He collaborates with Martin Hernandez ("Birdman," "The Revenant"), Carlos Cortes ("The Sound of Metal") and Randy Thom ("The Right Stuff," "The Incredibles") and others.
Apart from his technical expertise, Leandro is a passionate storyteller and filmmaker at heart. His background in martial arts has instilled a strong sense of discipline and focus, while his PADI Open Water diving certification reflects his love for nature and adventure. Off the set, he practices Vipassana meditation, helping him maintain mental clarity and composure in all his endeavors. He feels fortunate to share his life with film producer Denisse Prieto and their sweet dog Tara.
