Ryan was trained in Architecture (BA 2013) where he focused on Experiential Design or the emotional trajectory of moving through designed spaces. He then went on to receive a degree in Critical Design (MA 2015) which further helped solidify the Experiential Design ethos. Ryan started work in commercials for brands like Virgin Media, Magnum, and Pizza Express from 2015 as Art Department Assistant and thanks to his Architectural background quickly moved up to Set design and Art Direction for networks like Netflix, Sci-fi, and ITV. Ryan believes in a sustained work ethic, through continual growth and personal development to help shape the spatial narrative for contemporary audiences.
