Denise O'Brien is the CEO & Founder of multiple companies, including CoFounder of California Safari, Wings of Love International and DOME Consulting, Denise O'Brien Movies & Entertainment, an award-winning boutique PR firm headquartered in Los Angeles which provides innovative communications, branding and public relations strategies for corporations, producers, authors, speakers, actors, fashion designers and performers globally.

As an award-winning public relations executive, she was voted by her peers as Publicist of the Year in Hollywood, honored in Hollywood as Humanitarian of the Year by the Los Angeles Nollywood Film Association (LANFA), esteemed for her efforts in the Entertainment Industry by the Multicultural Motion Picture Association (MMPA) with the Diamond Rose Award, and awarded Humanitarian of the Year in Canada by Vigor Awards International.

Denise is a former Miss Santa Monica & Miss California International, newspaper editor, advertising executive, and producer at KNBC-TV. As a film producer, mistress of ceremonies, red carpet host, event producer, and keynote motivational speaker, she encourages others to discover their dreams and passions and has delivered her inspiring and powerful message from the Hollywood red carpet to prestigious international platforms on the African, Indian, Asian and North American continents.

Once a newspaper editor, advertising executive, and producer at KNBC-TV Los Angeles, Denise motivates the lives of thousands globally and is a sought after international speaker and expert on the topics of public relations social media, copywriting, transformation, leadership, cross-cultural communication, networking, nonprofit management, women's empowerment, girl's self-esteem, domestic violence awareness, fashion, philanthropy, living your passion, creating your own charismatic brand and package, and becoming a master of influence in any field. Denise is co-author of the book, "Adventures In Manifesting Passion and Purpose," (published in Australia in June 2012) along with successful entrepreneurs like Janet Attwood, NY Best Selling Author of "The Passion Test," and Bob Doyle, Best Selling Author and Law of Attraction expert featured in the book and the movie 'The Secret.' Denise encourages people to develop their outer and inner beauty and to find their true mission in life so that they can live on purpose.

She has lived in Italy, England, and the United States and for over 30 years has been a builder of sales leaders for the international Mary Kay corporation. She has earned 17 career cars and seven pink Cadillacs; as a Senior Sales Director she is ranked in the top 1% of Mary Kay Inc and has learned many secrets to success from her personal mentor for over 15 years, Mary Kay Ash.

As the CoFounder of California Safari and International President of the Ufunguo Community Development Project - Kenya, Denise brings her passion for nonprofit work and teaching business practices and ethics to other countries besides the USA. She covered the Exquisite Face of the Universe World Finals 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa, spoke to over 6000 students while keynoting at schools in Kenya, Africa, in the summer of 2016, and has been solicited to produce numerous international beauty competitions. In addition to producing educational student safaris in California for international students, she produces events including exclusive red carpet parties, Hollywood fashion shows, private women's retreats and corporate educational seminars and was featured as a keynote speaker on the topics of Public Relations and Cross-Cultural Communication at the historical Women's Economic Forum in Goa, India in May 2015.

Audiences where she shares her expertise include celebrity forums, marketing and publicity workshops, transformational seminars, teen and adult empowerment workshops, speaking engagements to large and small corporations, colleges and high schools, chambers of commerce, churches, girl's and women's groups, nonprofit organizations, Rotary International, Soroptimist International, and small and large corporations.

Once a journalist on the beat at The Guardian newspaper in London, writer for the International Olympic Committee, and television producer, she also worked for the San Jose Mercury News, wrote copy for software startup companies, and created and implemented marketing strategies for PepsiCo in Southern California and the Cleantech Open in the Silicon Valley. While supporting an array of clients worldwide, she has served as Public Relations Director for the American-Chinese CEO Society and works closely with the US-China Business & Culture Association headquartered in San Francisco. An active philanthropist and humanitarian, Denise is also co-creator and emcee of the Franchise for Humanity, launched at Stanford University during the Global Innovation Summit in Silicon Valley 2014.

Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, Denise has lived in Italy and England and traveled to over 50 countries. She studied communications, public relations, journalism and business administration, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude with a Presidential Citation from Loyola Marymount University. In April 2012 Denise was recognized as a Distinguished LMU Alumna and awarded the prestigious "Social Entrepreneur of the Year" Award. A bronze plaque in her honor was dedicated on the LMU Entrepreneurship Wall of Honor, Conrad Hilton Business Building, Los Angeles, where select men and very few women are honored for their contributions to the world.

After decades of working in entertainment, fashion and beauty, Denise's life was transformed forever when her daughter Brittany was nearly killed in a tragic bicycle accident, brain dead and in a coma for over two weeks. After Denise's time at Brittany's bedside during her 40 day stay in the UCLA NeuroTrauma ICU, she made a miraculous full recovery. Denise's caregiver story of one of the greatest challenges of her lifetime, and her subsequent spiritual transformation, has inspired thousands worldwide.

A proud mother of three who resides in both Silicon Valley and Silicon Beach in Southern California, Denise is a talented multi-tasker and is known for squeezing a lot into 24 hours. She attributes this skill to her parents' example, and her college days where she played NCAA soccer and softball, broadcast for KXLU Radio, edited her college newspaper, sang in the church choir and simultaneously worked full-time to pay her own way through college by earning scholarships and working at a domestic violence shelter. She has been serving others ever since, living her life with her faith 1st, her family 2nd, and her career 3rd.
