Keisha Champagne is an award-winning actor, writer, producer born & raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated, cum laude, with a BA in Psychology & Theatre from UNC-Charlotte, where she also played Division-1 basketball. After years in corporate America with an additional few years as a small business owner, in 2016 Keisha transitioned to pursue TV & Film full-time. Her latest work includes Gaia (upcoming feature film), Chicago Fire (NBC), Who Took My Daughter (Lifetime), and she may be best known for her recurring role Season 4 on Chicago PD (NBC). Keisha's appeared in several national & regional commercials as well as multiple independent films.
As a writer/producer, Keisha's work focuses on telling unique stories filtered through her intersectional perspective. Her first short film, PeloLove, a dark comedy, premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, garnered multiple nominations, earning Keisha a win for Best Actress - Comedy (Micheaux Film Fest - L.A.). She attributes it to her improv experience at Chicago's Second City.
Keisha now resides in her new hometown Atlanta with her family. When she is not working, Keisha serves as a teaching artist at AWS (Arvold Warner Studios) where she loves helping her fellow actors hone their craft. She continues to champion underserved voices both in front and behind the camera. Always open to collaboration.
