Mr. Rogalski he is the Managing Talent Manager and founder of CK Talent Management. The agency is Ranks #5 in the world by Huffing Post, Buzzfeed and USMag for talent representation. Barrons the sister publication to the Wall Street Journal ranked the agency as one of the Key Players in Talent Management in Europe. Rogalski was also ranked by HUFFPO as one of the most influential Talent Managers in the world. He over saw the agency's expansion into Africa in acquiring the largest Talent Management Agency on the African Continent. He name in 2022 to the Forbes 50 under 50 list.

The agency has worked/works/represents Talent from the likes of superstars like John Boyega (Star Wars)(Actor), Andy Ashton (Global Face of Abercrombie and Fitch) (Model), Daniel Maguire (The Bachlor, Bachlor in Paradise, Ex On the Beach), Lady Rudderforth (Princess Diana's Aunt), Sebastian Faure (Mank and Dune Part:2), Ian Jame (Pretty Little Liars Original Sin) as well as other Major Actors, Models, Olympians and other athletes.

Mr. Rogalski's talent have appeared in many movies including ones nominated for Oscars, BAFTA's and Emmy awards (including Lady Bird and Unbroken) and many other movies including Transformers (with Mark Wahlberg), Suburbicon (with Matt Damon),Josie (with Sophie Turner), Rush (with Chris Hemsworth) and Dream Horse (with Damian Lewis). His clients have shows that run on several major networks and streaming services including CBS, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon, etc.He also co-authored the NCAA compliance manual with the Director of Compliance for the NCAA, the manual is in use at every NCAA school in the country and was elected the State Representative for the Amusement Industry, representing the entertainment industry within his state.

He has further over saw the agency's recent expansion into Asia by signing a deal with Remark Ent and the purchase of an establish talent agency in Australia. Mr. Rogalski oversees a staff of more than 200 who are widely credentialed in the industry including former members of the legal teams at the MTV Music Awards (Viacom), Sony Pictures, The Goldberg (ABC), Prada, The Clinton Foundation, etc. Executives at CK Talent have work on many notable productions including Venom with Tom Hardy, all the X men Films, the Goldbergs and notable talent including Janet Jackson, Celine Dion and the Chain Smokers.

His model clients have also appeared in many international campaigns for Lamborghini, Maserati, Bentley, Armani, Calvin Klein, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. They have also walked the runway and red carpets at Oscars, Emmys, Movie Premiers Miami Swim Week, LA and NY Fashion weeks.Rogalski is a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Spirit Awards and the British Film Institute. He was also the former Florida State Representative of the Entertainment and Amusement Association. He represented the entertainment industry interests, including but not limited to Universal Studios and Disney interests in Florida.

He was the highest-ranking official representing the entertainment industry in Florida. While State Representative he spearheaded initiatives, which included passing local ordinances governing the licensing and permitting of traveling amusements.He is also a member of the Board of Directors of FlickDirect.com. At FlickDirect.com he was instrumental in getting both the company's iPhone app and i-watch app ranked by the US and UK GQ Magazines as one of the top 5 entertainment apps in the world. He also chairs the Rogalski Foundation a charitable organization set up by him to help invest in aspiring athletes.
