Chris Ruetten

Chris Ruetten was born in Boulder, Colorado and raised in San Diego, California. He graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL where he studied acting, musical theatre, film/TV, sociology, and anthropology. In Chicago, Chris performed in staged readings and indie shorts while attending the university. Chris moved to Los Angeles, CA in the summer of 2017 where he began his photography business and involved himself in many different art projects ranging from music production, cinematography, and acting in several MFA films. In the winter of 2020, Chris relocated to New York City to pursue a career in musical theatre. He continues to develop his photography business alongside his musical theatre efforts and has been working on his original musical, "The Test", in hopes to have a production in the near future.
