Michael Padilla is a Performing Artist and Entertainment Industry Professional based in Los Angeles. He began In the Industry at the age of 11 getting his first start by learning the clarinet in grade school and soon after his first acting job in the Musical Theatre Production of Hairspray. He claims that his first interest in acting began when he was first exposed to Mexican Telenovelas. As a child that ignited his interest to make dramatized performances in the living room in front of his family and friends. Having obtained his first Agent at the age of 15, he continues to grow as a professional game player in the Film, TV, Music, and Spanish-Language industries. Michael Padilla has worked as a principal performer on projects like "Pasos En La Noche", a short Spanish language film picked up by San Diego's FilmOut Film Festival; "Ghost Club", an LGBTQ Web series produced by CEO of GameChanger Films, Effie T. Brown (Producer of works like "Dear White People"); "Tengo Talento Mucho Talento", a Spanish-language Singing Competition premiering on Estrella TV; Gracias Maestros", a mini-documentary series featuring 8 aspiring Latino teens wanting to break into the career of their dreams; and, "Ábranse Perras", a music video for Latin Pop Star Gloria Trevi. As Michael Padilla continues to mark his own path, he continuously looks up to his mentor and casting director, Candido Cornejo, CSA, as a valuable resource.
