Davide Romeo is an artist born and raised in the Canton of Ticino with a great passion for the arts, particularly cinema, theatre, and painting. In 2011, he graduated at the Dimitri Theatre Academy, also earning the prestigious title of "Migros Talent". He continued to study while pursuing his artistic career, exploring film acting by participating in numerous masterclasses led by renowned Acting Coach Bernard Hiller from Los Angeles.
Davide's artistic career began as an actor, clown, acrobat, and dancer, spanning from circus to cabaret, and then moving on to musicals and theatre, performing on national and international stages. He had a particularly prominent role as the protagonist in the acclaimed theatre production of Pinocchio at TOBS. As a leading artist at the Luzerner Theater, he participated in the Dance project with renowned choreographer and director Martino Müller, which led to a second collaboration for the massive Belgian music production "Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story". In 2014, he then went on two tours with "Circus Knopf" before joining "Circus Monti" in 2017. In 2022, he showcased his talent as an actor and dancer in the classic Swiss musical "Space Dream" in Zurich.
Davide's passion for cinema began at a young age when he enjoyed writing stories and making films with his brothers and cousins, enriching his self-taught knowledge in the world of filmmaking. During the 2020 lockdown, he founded the film production company "Quarantine Production" together with his colleague Simone Ganser. He created and produced the ambitious project of the TV series "Swiss Secrets," on which he worked as a writer, director, actor, and post-producer. The series had a successful premiere and screening at the Solothurn Film Festival.
