Sarah grew up in Massachusetts with her parents and two younger brothers. She attended Muhlenberg College. She was first discovered when she won runner up for her comedy script "I Love College" through the JHRTS NYTVF pilot competition. She made the 2017 Young and Hungry List. Sarah resides in California with her Cavapoo, Jax.
