Rodger Woodruff III was born in Seoul, South Korea on November 13th, 1993. He is a writer, director and producer best known for In Stalk (2018) and Phlowerie: Strollin (2019). Woodruff began shooting films on a Flip Video Camera in high school and has since continued making shorts into his collegiate years and onward. He attended The University of Oklahoma and The University of North Texas graduating with a degree in radio television and film in 2017. Woodruff has been honored in multiple film festivals including the Cosmic Film Festival and Bloodstained Indie Film Festival: Sci-Fi Horror Action. His recent work has earned him praise from Lyrical Lemonade and Good Game Talent.
