Vera Fennie Bulder was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Her father is well-known Dutch actor Reinier Bulder and her mother is an artist and teacher. She's been living between Amsterdam and New York since the age of 17. Attended the Rotterdam School of Acting in 2012, and has studied with Terry Schreiber in NYC and is a member of the Actor's Studio.
