Valerie Larsen or "Val" Larsen was born in Salt Lake City Utah, October 26th 1987 to Shirl Larsen and Elizabeth Mitton Larsen. The 5th of 6 children in a very musical family, Valerie and all of her siblings took instrumental music lessons from a very young age. Throughout her childhood she studied piano, violin, harp, dance and took voice lessons from her maternal grandmother Ewan Harbrecht Mitton.
Upon graduating from Murray High School, Valerie accepted a scholarship to attend the Musical Theater program at Boston Conservatory where she graduated with honors in 2010. She now lives in Los Angeles pursuing her career as an actor and musician.
