Tarek received his degree in Theater from Yale University on full scholarship as a first-gen student, with Honors, and as finalist for the Louis Sudler Prize in The Performing and Creative Arts. Tarek has appeared in a variety of works, from the iconic role of Belize in "Angels in America," to co-starring on CBS' "The Equalizer," to his original solo piece "Laughing at Crying Babies." He's trained under world renowned professors from The Yale School of Drama including James Bundy and Chris Bayes, and honed his skills as the director of The Exit Players, Yale's oldest improv comedy group. Yale is also where Tarek discovered his love for sketch comedy through his 2016 viral YouTube video, which landed him on Yahoo News, NBC Nightly, HelloGiggles, and more. Tarek is based in NYC and LA, auditioning for on-screen and staged roles through manager Tam Sackman and agent Amy Posey.
